It will provide information on the prevention and countermeasures you can take, should a spill occur, as well as information on the components of a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan and a Best Management Practices / Pollution Prevention Plan (BMP3 Plan).
The Spill Prevention (SPCC) / BMP3 Worker eLearning course has been designed to provide participants who work with the handling and storage of petroleum products and hazardous materials information on the components of a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan and a Best Management Practices / Pollution Prevention Plan (BMP3 Plan).

This course meets standards as outlined in Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910.120, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 40 CFR Part 110, and 40 CFR Part 112, 40 CFR Part 265.51, 40 CFR Part 265.52 and the Clean Water Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
